About TrSys

The research group was established in 2003. Our research covers a broad range of topics, such as multicarrier modulation, MIMO, Multi-User-Transmission, LDPC and Turbo codes, joint source-channel coding, network coding, physical-layer security, and DNA analysis with coding and information theoretic means. As far as channels are concerned, we deal with twisted pairs, powerline, and wireless, with some focus on non-stationary noise environments (impulse noise). Earlier works were around coding, satellite communication, and DSL to name just a few.
